The problem

Plans without follow-through are just wish lists.

Most productivity tools help you capture work. The Torch Man closes the loop — planning, execution, scoring, and review in one calm system.

Why The Torch Man is different

Not another task list. A system for how professionals actually work.

If you only need a checklist, many apps will do. If you need structure, scoring, and review across work and life — this is built for you.

How it works

Structure once. Run the week. Review with confidence.

The Torch Man is opinionated about the loop — because plans without review rarely survive contact with a real calendar.

Start your setup

01

Structure once

Set life areas, goals, habits, and learning blocks. Import an existing plan from Excel or JSON on Plus.

02

Run the week

Schedule on a timeline, log time, capture notes after calls, and see capacity before you overcommit.

03

Review with clarity

Submit evening reflections, run weekly reviews, and use analytics to adjust next week in minutes.

Early feedback

Built with professionals who plan deeply.

Most apps track what I finished. The Torch Man shows whether I ran the day well — habits, learning, reviews, all of it.

The capacity warnings saved me from stacking another meeting day. It feels like a coach, not a prettier to-do list.

I replaced three tools. Plan in the morning, link notes after calls, review Friday — without rebuilding a dashboard.

FAQ

Questions before you commit

Who is The Torch Man for?

Professionals who want more than a task list — founders, managers, consultants, and solo operators who coordinate work, learning, habits, and personal goals and care about follow-through.

How is this different from Todoist, Notion, or Asana?

Those tools excel at capture and collaboration. The Torch Man is a personal performance OS: life areas, weighted daily score, capacity planning, evening review, weekly retrospectives, and a performance coach — designed for one person running a complex week.

Is the free plan actually useful?

Yes. Free includes the Today cockpit, day schedule, habits, goals, projects, notes, daily score, performance coach, and 7-day analytics — enough to run a meaningful week before upgrading.

What is the daily score?

A weighted execution metric: 40% discipline (habits), 30% tasks due today, 20% learning minutes, 10% evening review. You set a target (default 96%). It measures how you ran the day — not just how many boxes you checked.

What is capacity planning?

The Torch Man sums your scheduled habits, learning, and task estimates against a 14-hour practical daily ceiling. When a day is tight or overloaded, you see warnings on Today, Insights, and while scheduling — before you commit.

What happens after I sign up?

Create your account, verify your email with a one-time code, and start setting up life areas. Paid plans complete checkout through Polar, then you verify email and land in your workspace.

Can I export my data?

Plus includes plan import and notes export. Pro adds full plan export. You can also use account backup in Settings for a complete JSON bundle of your workspace.

How is my data protected?

Your workspace is private to your account, stored on secure infrastructure, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for retention and processing details.

Ready to run weeks you will actually review?

Choose a plan, tell us how you work, and create your account in minutes. Your first week on The Torch Man starts with clarity — not another empty project board.
